Collect and Return Service is initiated by calling Dell technician. If a qualified incident in the supported product is diagnosed and cannot be resolved through telephone-based troubleshooting with the Dell technician, a Dell representative will collect your supported product and take it to a Dell designated repair center. When the repair is finished, your supported product will be returned to you.
